On the last Monday of each month, members of The Lions Club of Papatoetoe meet to share dinner and fellowship.
A guest speaker is invited along to address the club and past speakers have included Dan Dudson, a former burglar turned security expert, who proved to be a great speaker, with many entertaining anecdotes and security tips.
Our dinner meetings are a chance to enjoy a great meal in a friendly environment with the company of fellow Lions. Numerous activities such as raffles and tailtwisting (the process of gathering snippets of information about a member and fining them for anything funny or silly that they may have done) ensure that the night is anything but dull and with dinner priced at just $15.50 for a buffet-style two course meal, it is a great night out at an affordable price.
